Welcome to Hey Lovely Boutique, an online women's boutique! We are so happy you're here! To ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our store policies outlined below:


1. Order Processing:

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description. 
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with shipping fees calculated at checkout.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 


2. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date for store credit ONLY for items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item, and exchanges will be shipped out promptly.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate the store credit via email. 
  • Please note, after you receive a confirmation email, there are no cancellations regarding your order. You may return for store credit, but there are no cancellations. If we have not packaged your order, you may make changes regarding size, or quantity, if so, please reach out to us as soon as possible. 
  • If your package is lost, please inform us. You have 3 days after said delivery date to reach out to us, so I can submit a USPS claim on my end in the appropriate time frame. If longer than 3 days, we unfortunately are passed the deadline for lost packages claim. 


3. Sizing and Product Information:

  • Please refer to our sizing chart provided on some of the product pages to ensure you select the correct size. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance,
  • Product colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting and screen resolution. We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and images.
