1. Order Processing:
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description (excluding preorders)
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with shipping fees calculated at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Standard shipping is a flat fee rate of $5.90 (US ONLY)
- Expedited shipping is a flat fee rate of $11.90 (US ONLY)
- Free shipping available for orders $100+ (US ONLY)
After order processing: - Hey Lovely is not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
- Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
- Once an item is dropped off at USPS, it is out of our control.
- We have no affiliation with USPS and cannot control shipping times or delivery.
- Contact USPS for any issues.
- We will also try our hardest on our end to help resolve the issue.
- Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to show.
- If your package is delayed, please allow 2-3 business days for any shipping delays.
!!! Incorrect Address Disclaimer:- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly.
- We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact USPS directly before contacting us.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for store credit ONLY for items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our return portal.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (Will be deducted from store credit).
- Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the returned item, and exchanges will be shipped out promptly.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate the store credit via email.
- Please note, after you receive a confirmation email, there are no cancellations regarding your order. You may return for store credit, but there are no cancellations. If we have not packaged your order, you may make changes regarding size, or quantity, if so, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
- If your package is lost, please inform us. You have 3 days after said delivery date to reach out to us, so I can submit a USPS claim on my end in the appropriate time frame. If longer than 3 days, we unfortunately are passed the deadline for lost packages claim. (And we can no longer be involved).
3. Sizing and Product Information:

- Product colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting and screen resolution. We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and images.
