Return Policy

All returns/exchanges are for Hey Lovely Boutique store credit ONLY.  

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery date or your item will not be refunded. All returns must be scanned in to the mail carrier within 5 days of receiving your return label. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without the original tags, markings, damages, or any sign of wearing. Your refund will be through store credit with shipping cost deducted. Summer sale, sale items. discounted items. final sale items, mystery bundle or grab bags, accessories and car freshies are not eligible for refund or exchange. All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

We don't accept returns or exchanges on any international orders. We are not responsible for any lost packages during the international shipping process. Once the international order is shipped and scanned by mail carrier, we are no longer responsible.
